'LaFleur' Summary

We pick up right before Locke disappeared. Juliet comforts Sawyer and they realizw they've leapt back WAY back in time to an ancient time. At this point, we get a glimpse of the four-toed statue which looks a bit like an Egyptian monument (more on that later). Later, they discover Daniel sitting dejected where Charlotte's body once was but has now gone on in a final flash. They make a plan to go back to the beach and on their way back they find Amy, a new character, at gun-point. Her husband, Paul, has just died. They save her and she leads them back towards the Dharma camp (we learn that it's 1974 during the height of the Dharma days). She tricks them, though, and turns the sonic-fence into some kind of paralyzing agent. From this point on, we jump back and forth from three years later (1977) and immediately following Amy's trick (1974). Three years back, Richard comes to claim the bodies Sawyer and Juliet killed while defending Amy. Sawyer basically pulls another Locke and says he's from the future. This stuns Alpert, but Sawyer gets away with it. Sawyer is also able to perpetuate lies that land him and our losties into dharma positions. In fact, Sawyer and Juliet are now a pair. Then, however, Jin discovers the first three have returned. The episode ends with Sawyer and Kate face to face.
