We can expect the big reveal of what happened to Aaron and whether or not Young Ben is dead. We probably won't find out where Sayid disappeared to just yet but we'll likely get at least a glimpse of the 316 crew (possibly). We should also expect to see high tensions/suspicions about one of our Losties when the Dharma folk think that they have a spy. The next episode is entitled 'Whatever Happened, Happened' and is Kate-centric.

The official synopsis - Kate goes to extreme measures to save Ben's life when Jack refuses to help. Meanwhile, Kate begins to tell the truth about the lie in order to protect Aaron.
